KPBG Office uses your name, verified mobile, email and company details to create and protect your workspace. Company records are scoped to your organisation. Product administrators manage service access and billing.

Enabled AI features send the relevant request context to the configured AI provider. Optional company integrations receive only configured lead fields. Campaign tracking requires a visitor’s opt-in. Payment details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page.

Trial records remain available for export for 90 days after closure. Product support contact details, subprocessors and the final retention policy must be reviewed before public launch.
