What is a website chatbot?
A small chat window on your website. It greets visitors, answers common questions, shares brochures and collects contact details step by step, so your team can call back with the right information.
Do I need to know coding?
No. You set everything up in your dashboard: business type, buttons, answers, files and questions. Installing it means pasting one line into your website, which your web person can do in a minute.
How much does it cost?
The Bot plan is ₹4,999 a month plus GST and uses no AI. The Bot with AI plan is ₹9,999 a month plus GST and includes up to 3,000 AI answers a month. Both start with a 15-day free trial, and you can change plans any time.
Does it use AI?
Only if you want it to. The Bot plan uses no AI at all. On the AI plan you choose in your dashboard between Smart saver, which uses AI only for questions visitors type themselves, and Full AI, which answers every message from the business information you give it. Neither ever quotes prices you have not provided.
What happens when my AI answers run out?
The chatbot keeps working. Buttons, saved answers, files and callback requests still work, and typed questions get a polite reply that your team will call back.
How do OTP and WhatsApp alerts work?
The OTP text message is sent from your own MSG91 account, and WhatsApp lead alerts from your own AiSensy or Interakt account, so you pay those providers directly at their rates.
Where do my leads go?
Into the CRM in your KPBG Office account, with the page and campaign they came from. You can also send them to email, a Google Sheet, your own software through a webhook, or WhatsApp.
